Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T Authorized Retailer Blue Link Wireless, LLC
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and maintain store appearance
• Train customers on product features and benefits
• Process transactions and handle returns
• Manage cash drawer and adhere to financial policies
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

$16.00 per hour - $28.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
