Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Manage inventory and maintain store appearance
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Train customers on the use of wireless devices
• Manage cash drawer and adhere to financial policies
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for some locations)

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$14.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
