Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a professional manner
• Engage with customers to sell wireless service plans, accessories, and devices
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory management
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of wireless technology and service offerings

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

Pay

$17 per hour - $25 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
