Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to sell wireless service plans, accessories, and devices.
• Provide excellent customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work flexible hours to meet customer demand and store needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$14.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity).
