Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting and activating wireless devices and services
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment
• Conduct sales and manage commissions based on performance
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Passion for technology and customer service

Pay

$18.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
