Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Manage inventory and maintain store appearance
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Train customers on how to use products
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check and drug test

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$17.00 per hour - $29.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
