Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Identify and meet customer needs through effective communication and problem-solving
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Perform cash handling duties
• Process customer orders and transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check and drug test

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of wireless technology and telecommunications industry

Pay

$16 per hour - $25 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
