Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T Authorized Retailer Blue Link Wireless, LLC
• Engage with customers to sell wireless service plans, accessories, and devices
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical support
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Ensure store cleanliness and stock availability
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales preferred
• Customer service background
• Knowledge of wireless technology and services

Pay

$14.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
