Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and Blue Link Wireless in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the right products and services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues to foster loyalty and referrals
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of wireless technology and telecommunications products

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Pay

$16 per hour - $28 per hour (depending on location and commission productivity)
