About the role

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to these essential services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
• Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
• Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience
• Experience building rapport with customers in a customer-facing sales or service environment
• Experience selling to customers in a customer-facing environment
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs preferred
