This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Who We Are

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Product Knowledge
    • Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
    • Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
    • Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
    • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
    • Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
    • Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
  • Team & Organizational Success
    • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
    • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
    • Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
    • Work in person at the assigned retail store location

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs

Pay

$13/hour + monthly commission. Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week. Total Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance.
