What you'll do in your role

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy
• Demonstrate how Arch Telecom's ever-expanding coverage stacks up in the customer's neighborhood, providing a lightning-fast LTE network
• Explain why plans and services will let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further
• Reveal how Arch Telecom is redefining wireless, from device and account inspection to troubleshooting
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, and processes
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service
• Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads
• Develop strong peer relationships where accountability for the company's success is shared
• Willingly have a good time while providing first-class customer experience
