What you'll do in your role

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
• Sell side to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming Internet of Things (IOT) devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
• Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding
• Provide insights on our ever-expanding coverage, plans, and services
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
• Identify and handoff small business leads
• Develop strong peer relationships where accountability for the company's success is shared

What must haves do you need?

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school degree or GED
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Have the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Have reliable transportation
• Have full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20+ hours) availability
