Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting Store Leader in daily operations
- Acting Store Leader when necessary
- Maintaining current with latest data/entertainment technology
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives
- Fostering a positive store culture
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels
- Completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and conducting physical inventories
- Maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team
- Resolving customer issues
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Working side by side with the store manager
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team of successful AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals
- Ensuring all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless
- Training to become a Store Manager
Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
- Growth-oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals
- Demonstrated success in the sales process and demonstrated success and love teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
- Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required
