Blue Link Wireless LLC offers a competitive salary range for this position, starting at $16 per hour and up to $25 per hour, with a potential bonus of $10k-$30k.

Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Top full-time Retail Assistant Store Managers can exceed $80,000 in a year and some have been promoted to Store Leaders within that year as a result!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
- Acting Store Leader while on shift and when Store Leader is not present
- Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives
- Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels
- Completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and conducting physical inventories
- Maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team
- Resolving customer issues
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Working side by side with the store manager
- Aiding in leading, coaching, and motivating your team of successful AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals
- Ensuring all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless while training to become a Store Manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
- Growth-oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals
- Demonstrated success in the sales process and demonstrated success and love teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
- Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required
