Blue Link Wireless LLC offers a competitive salary range for this position, starting at $16 per hour and potentially reaching up to $25 per hour with bonuses ranging from $10k to $30k. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
• Acting Store Leader while on shift and when Store Leader is not present
• Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools
• Achieving monthly goals and objectives
• Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels
• Completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and conducting physical inventories
• Maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team
• Resolving customer issues
• Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Working side by side with the store manager
• Aiding in leading, coaching, and motivating your team of successful AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals
• Ensuring all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless while training to become a Store Manager

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
• Growth-oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals
• Demonstrated success in the sales process and demonstrated success and love teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services
• Desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule
• Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required
