Wireless Retail Assistant Manager

New hire bonus ramp-up structure available for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).

Pay

Average pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $17 to $20 per hour. New hires may earn a $400 payout bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing updated daily for the sales team.
• Maintain store facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist with moving and/or lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Support the Store Leader in executing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed.

Requirements

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail environment.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
