Wireless Regulatory Technical Program Manager
This is a hybrid position with the expectation to work onsite three days a week in the Ericsson office located in Boise, Idaho. Relocation is not offered for this position. Ericsson does not sponsor U.S. work authorizations for this role, including H-1, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, TN visas, or F-1 CPT/EAD.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regulatory project initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global regulatory standards.
- Develop detailed product certification plans with timelines and cost strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all globally applicable regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in global regulations and assess their impact on ongoing and future products.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory submissions, including assessing requirements and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D and ODMs (Outside Design Manufacturers), to align project objectives with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external partners and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate reporting of project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in wireless EMC and Safety regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA).
- Technical program or project management experience.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Experience with enterprise networking, cellular, or IoT products.
- Familiarity with certification labs and global supplier/ODM models.
- Experience improving or scaling regulatory processes.

The salary range for this position depends on location and the candidate’s job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The role includes an annual bonus opportunity based on business and individual performance.
