Wireless Network Engineer
What's the Job?
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless network solutions across multiple facilities.
Conduct wireless site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis.
Lead wireless infrastructure deployment projects, including hardware upgrades and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure and security protocols.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in networking or related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise wireless networks.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless technologies, including Catalyst Wireless, Meraki, and DNA Center.
- Proficiency in conducting RF site surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
- Strong understanding of 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
