About the role
The Winter Weight Room Coach at Mountain Lakes High School is responsible for maintaining and operating the school's weight room facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate the weight room facilities
- Supervise students during weight room use
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the weight room is used effectively
Requirements
- NJDOE Teacher or Substitute Teacher Certification
- Previous coaching experience at high school or club level preferred
Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and fitness principles
