Strength Coach
About the role
Travel throughout the North Phoenix & North Scottsdale area providing individualized strength training and functional fitness programs in clients' homes (vehicle not provided). Our approach is strength-first, not basic exercise. We help older adults build real strength through progressive, evidence-based training that improves confidence, mobility, balance, and independence.
Our clients range from individuals simply looking to stay strong and active to those with more complex balance, neurological, and mobility challenges. Experience working with older adults is preferred, however not required.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Deliver an exceptional coaching experience that leads to long-term client success
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and family members
- Complete simple documentation after each visit
- Assist with community outreach and social media content
- Continue growing through mentorship and professional development
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACSM, ACE), CSCS, or equivalent certification
- Experience coaching functional strength, balance, and mobility

- Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position

$25-30/hr, based on experience
