About the role
As a Procurement Strategy & Capabilities Co-Op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Frisco, TX, you will play an integral role in strengthening procurement operations. You will focus on developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards or build no-code automation to improve visibility and management of open purchase orders (POs), while gaining hands-on experience with data analytics and procurement processes. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities
- Design and develop BI dashboards or automations to track and manage open purchase orders
- Collaborate with procurement team members to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboard reporting
- Provide regular updates and presentations on dashboard insights to stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from the team

- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross-functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or another related major
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with Co-Pilot or Power Automate or other no-code automation software
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am–5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Total Rewards
- $31/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
