About the Role

A Day In The Life As a Wine Steward, no one day is ever the same. Your success is poured into the facts that you are passionate about wines, beers and/or spirits, enjoy conversing with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service with a willingness to learn about the products in our broad portfolio. You will tantalize the tastebuds of our customers through tasting and sampling events helping them find the connection between beverages and cheese, meats, appetizers and more. Our customers are thirsting for help in the decision-making process, and you might be just the right person for the role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and participate in wine, beer, and spirits tasting events
• Educate customers on beverage selections and pairings (cheese, meats, appetizers, etc.)
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a passion for beverages
• Engage with the community through events and interactions

Requirements

• You are 21 years of age or older
• Passion for wine, beer, and/or spirits with a curiosity for finer details
• Energized by planning, organizing, and participating in events
• Pride in your work, big or small
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service orientation
