About the role

BRIX Wine Shop is seeking a Full- or Part-Time Wine & Spirits Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, skilled in customer service and sales, and passionate about wine, food, and people.

Responsibilities

• Taste and recommend wines and spirits to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Build relationships with customers and staff
• Help customers navigate the store and make informed purchasing decisions
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Participate in special events and tastings

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of wine and spirits
• Previous experience in the wine retail and/or hospitality industry preferred
