About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate 40+ full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is based in the Wine and Spirits Department.
Responsibilities
- Help guests find and recommend products, including local craft beers, premium wines, and specialty spirits.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations and meet department goals.
- Maintain inventory, ensure accurate pricing, and keep shelves organized.
- Operate the register accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Ensure the store is clean and welcoming for both guests and team members.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, managers, and colleagues to exceed expectations.
- Support the team and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old to sample products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company policies.
- Ability to apply safety training to recognize and react to potential hazards.
- Proper training and knowledge of equipment and procedures (hand jack, baler, forklift, etc.).

Pay
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The work schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with two weeks of advanced scheduling provided.
