Wine Specialist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Maintain the pristine presentation of all glassware, silverware, plateware and all other serviceware
• Work closely with the Culinary and Service teams to ensure they are equipped with all the tools necessary to provide great guest experiences
• Anticipate guest's needs, both internally and externally
• Ensure the pantry, common areas, dining area and overall environment is presentable and well-stocked throughout the course of the day
• Assist management to ensure the consistent integrity of the physical facility where food & beverages are served and stored
• Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Assist with onsite and offsite events
• Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate

Requirements

• 1+ years previous experience as a Steward, Porter or Busser
• Energetic, accountable and team-oriented
• Experience proactively finding ways to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to contribute ideas, take ownership and go beyond basic responsibilities to ensure the success of the team
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
