Responsibilities
- Knowledge of IIS and Windows Server technologies
- Scripting experience, with preference to PowerShell
- Experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting Commercial Off The Shelf products (COTS)
- Agility mindset towards solving problems that might extend beyond one's assigned specialty
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuous innovation within the infrastructure
- Resolve a wide range of system hardware and application technology issues in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational SLAs
- Troubleshooting ranges from basic issues including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- Supports testing cycles (DEV, QA, UAT), and user training
- Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of application, system hardware and network infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related technical discipline is preferred
- 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- MS Active Directory administration (Users, Groups, GPO, Security, etc.)
- Experience providing services to the federal government is preferred
- Able to work extra hours and weekends required on occasion
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Pay
Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
