Windows Engineer / Packager

Required Skills

• Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution
• Experience authoring scripts using PowerShell 5 and batch
• Experience performing remote deployments and integration of Windows 10 or 11 systems in a distributed environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems
• Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager)
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols
• Working knowledge of Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop clear and concise documentation
• Working knowledge of Tanium (not required)

Support Function

• Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data gathering
• Deployments to distributed systems
• Maintain infrastructure with latest updates and patching
• Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet requirements
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues quickly
• Develop and document processes and procedures

Education/Knowledge Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years' relevant experience
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required
• If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required
