Windows Deployment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support in hospital and clinic settings, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and application rollouts.
• Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
• Document incidents and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with tier II and III IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal users and external clients.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or related roles, particularly in healthcare environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Skills

• Experience with Windows 11 deployment and related technologies (preferred).
• Knowledge of IT project management principles (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment (preferred).
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance tasks (preferred).

Pay

The pay range for this role is $22 - $36 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
