Windows 11 Deployment Tech-Experience Required

About the role

TEKsystems is seeking Desktop Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale Windows device refresh project in the Delaware City area. This role focuses on deploying and upgrading desktop and laptop systems, imaging and configuring Windows 10/11 devices, performing hardware installations, migrating user equipment, and providing hands-on technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Build and image PCs
• Load site-specific applications
• Set up and replace workstations
• Traverse hardware and software issues
• Validate system functionality
• Ensure a smooth transition for end users

Requirements

• Experience with desktop deployments, Windows 10/11 support, imaging tools, hardware installations, device setup, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment technologies is preferred

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial environment and be able to meet all site access requirements.

Pay and Benefits
