Penske Rapid Repair is seeking an experienced Window Tint Installer to provide precision service and create an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Install window tint on vendor, customer, and dealership automobiles using quality products and the most trusted techniques.
• Use the shop software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each tint job.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with genuine interest and enthusiasm.
• Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Experience installing window tint on various vehicles.
• Knowledge of quality products and trusty installation techniques.
• Proficiency in using the shop software system.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (some positions may require).

Pay

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.

Schedule

Hours vary based on business needs, but generally include a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
