About the role

As a Window & Door Specialist - Inside Sales Support, you will be an enthusiastic connector between our window manufacturers, outside sales team, and our customers. The focus of this job is making connections with people and building an understanding of our window products. You will ensure customers are trained and educated on our window lines available, and that window/door orders are processed accurately and on time. An ideal candidate will work best in a fast-paced environment where extremely detailed window quotes need to be shared effectively to grow the window and door product line.

Responsibilities

• Utilize window platforms to conduct accurate quotes requested by customers or sales associates
• Handle detailed and organized work quickly, correctly, and efficiently
• Apply knowledge of each window line to offer accurate quotes based on customers’ criteria
• Work with window manufacturers to train and educate contractors to drive topline window sales
• Build solid relationships with customers and co-workers based on trust and competence
• Organize and coordinate window & door shipments/deliveries with the warehouse and contractors
• Work with window manufacturers on backordered, missing, damaged, or warranty windows
• Effectively communicate and motivate others while being responsive to their needs and concerns
• Be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, and our customers
• Work as a team in decision-making; build consensus rather than make decisions alone
• Consistently work in a fast-paced manner

Requirements

• Willing to jump in and roll up your sleeves to help out when necessary
• Persuasive teaching style to communicate the company's products and services
• Extensive knowledge of window products and the window order platform process
• Follow safety expectations set by the company's safety policies

• Lead by example, with first-hand knowledge of an area of expertise
