Window & Door Lead Installer - Woburn, MA

Responsibilities

• Lead our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
• Lead Installing home remodeling products according to Renuity standards.
• Setup jobsites per Renuity guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
• Ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
• Complete all post install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.

• All levels of experience welcome, training provided to the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in carpentry and home remodeling techniques.
