Responsibilities
- Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards
- Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish
- Support or lead jobs depending on experience level
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams
- Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations
- Complete post-installation service or adjustments as needed
- Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings
- Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping, and sealing skills
- Ability to work independently or help guide less-experienced installers
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with customers and teammates
- Valid driver's license with the ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements, including passing a DOT physical and maintaining a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Ability to successfully complete DOT-regulated drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on active jobsites
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Trade school or certifications are a plus but not required. Hands-on experience matters most.
Pay
Top installers earn $80,000–$100,000+ annually. Hourly pay ranges from $30–$38 based on experience, with steady overtime and year-round work.
