Job Summary
Earn money while making a difference. Meet with the team to understand the day's game plan. Drive to customers' homes or businesses (typically with another team member) to perform window cleaning services specific to their needs. Meet customers to ensure satisfaction. End the day at the Shine office to recap the day.

- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work outside
