Your Role & Responsibilities

• Perform top-quality interior/exterior window cleaning and related services for commercial and residential clients across our service area (Pensacola to Panama City).
• Utilize learned techniques and safety protocols proficiently, always aiming to "Do the Right Thing."
• Manage your daily route efficiently using your reliable transportation (Weekly Gas Allowance provided!).
• Deliver outstanding customer service, embodying our company values and "Creating Wow Moments."
• Handle payments accurately, write legibly, and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to growth with estimates to help build routes.
• Maintain equipment and uphold a professional image.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, meeting daily at our Destin office with a "Positive Attitude."

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand/walk for extended periods;
• Able to lift/carry up to 60 lbs;
• Comfortable with repetitive hand, wrist, arm motions;
• Work with arms extended overhead;
• Bend, squat, reach;
• Safely assemble, lift, climb ladders up to 30 feet;
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures 0-110 degrees.
