About the role

Join Shine Window Care, a growing national franchise specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. We offer competitive compensation starting between $16-18 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes or businesses to perform services specific to their needs.
• Work comfortably and casually in our provided Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts, and polo shirts.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds and work at heights.
• Meet with the team daily to understand the day's game plan.
• End the day at the Shine office to recap the day's activities.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.
