About the role

Responsibilities

• Meet at customers' jobsites with the team to understand the job's game plan.
• Drive to customers' homes or businesses and perform services specific to their needs.
• Call customers on the way to alert them of your arrival.
• Meet customers face-to-face to ensure expectations are met.
• Suggest additional services the customer may consider.
• Complete post-job inspections and meet with customers to review work.
• Accept and process customer payments using mobile technology.
• End the day with a huddle to recap the job.

Requirements

• Like to work with people
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift and carry a ladder up to 40 pounds
• Not afraid of heights
• Able to work outside
• Willing to work in a leadership capacity
