Job Summary

• Meet with the team each morning to discuss the day's tasks.
• Drive to various customers' homes or businesses in a Shine vehicle, typically with another team member.
• Call customers on the way to alert them of your arrival.
• Visit customers face-to-face to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.
• Complete post-job inspections and meet with customers to review the work.
• Accept and process payments using mobile payment technology.
• Return to the Shine office at the end of the day to prepare for the next day's work.

Qualifications

• Liking to work with people.
• Having reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Able to work outside.
• A desire to lead and work in a leadership capacity.
