About the Role
Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and address what needs to be done, whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or performing other similar tasks. The role ensures that hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience.
Critical to success in this role are maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and public spaces.
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Remain on your feet and moving around for extended periods (standing, sitting, or walking).
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support guest experience and business operations.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
