Window Cleaner

About the role

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for window cleaners. The work involves cleaning windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories, with no high‑rise work. All tasks are performed from the ground or using a ladder for some residential jobs. The position does not require nights, weekends, or holidays. Candidates should maintain a positive attitude and provide extraordinary customer service. Growth opportunities exist, and travel may include locations such as Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories.
• Perform all work from the ground or a ladder; no high‑rise or skyscraper work.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Travel to various service locations as needed.

Schedule

Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, morning to early afternoon. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 based on performance. Within 90 days, cleaners typically earn toward the higher end of the range.
