Responsibilities
Installation & Field Operations
- Work alongside the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
- Provide hands-on support with installation tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and job specifications.
Training & Team Development
- Oversee the training and development of new and existing installation team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure all commitments are met.
- Resolve on-site issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule projects and coordinate installation timelines to meet deadlines.
- Communicate schedule changes effectively and adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure proper coverage of responsibilities during team member absences.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor work quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and services.
- Promote efficiency and continuous improvement across all installation activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate projects effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Ability to work in moderate to noisy environments.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to frequently walk throughout various work areas.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts.
