Responsibilities

Installation & Field Operations

  • Work alongside the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
  • Provide hands-on support with installation tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and job specifications.

Training & Team Development

  • Oversee the training and development of new and existing installation team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure all commitments are met.
  • Resolve on-site issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule projects and coordinate installation timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate schedule changes effectively and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Ensure proper coverage of responsibilities during team member absences.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor work quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and services.
  • Promote efficiency and continuous improvement across all installation activities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate projects effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
  • Ability to work in moderate to noisy environments.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently walk throughout various work areas.
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical parts.
