Window and Door Installation Manager - Full-Time, W2!

About the Role

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home, you will lead and grow a dynamic team of Installers, contributing to our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will serve as a Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Installation teams to ensure effective and profitable product installations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide employees with effective training in role requirements, company culture, and working relationships.
• Coach employees to increase their effectiveness and meet expectations.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance output delivery.
• Collaborate with other company managers to support and improve the customer journey.

Requirements

• Experience in the installation, construction, or home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

Schedule

Exempt role with standard hours from 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
