- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
As a Winder Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently:
- Set up and operate Elsner and other winding equipment
- Read and interpret production orders to prepare materials and machine settings
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
- Maintain production flow by keeping machines running efficiently
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate machinery
- Basic math skills (including measurements and unit conversions)
- Ability to read and follow instructions, safety procedures, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing, converting, or production environments
- Familiarity with winding equipment or Elsner machines
- Mechanical troubleshooting or machine adjustment experience
