Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJs Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs. Provide guidance on the implementation of effective solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Help squad members solve technical challenges
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities within the Windchill PLM system
- Collaborate with the team during story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation
