Engineer Full stack development

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and CI/CD practices, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can quickly learn new technologies and contribute to all phases of software development.

Requirements

• Able to learn new technologies quickly, self-driven, proactive
• 10+ years of hands-on and strong Java coding experience
• Experience with databases, SQL, Vert.x, Kafka, REST API, Spring Batch, Spring Boot
• Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like Maven, GitHub, Jenkins
• Experience in building applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Java multi-threading/concurrency

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and related messaging technologies
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to development standards
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams

Pay

Salary Range: $64,000–$110,000 a year
