Windchill Application Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Application Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements on the Windchill PLM platform. In this role you will work closely with PLM functional consultants and engineering stakeholders to translate manufacturing and product-lifecycle requirements into well-engineered Windchill solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of PTC Windchill development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with the Windchill Java API
• Solid experience with workflows, lifecycle templates, and object initialization rules
• Working knowledge of Info*Engine and Windchill integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with JSP/HTML client customization
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with the Windchill data model
• Experience with Windchill upgrades and migrations
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PTC Windchill certifications
• Experience with Creo, Arbortext, or related PTC products
• Exposure to Windchill RV&S (Integrity) or ThingWorx integration
• Familiarity with CAD data management workflows
• Experience operating Windchill on cloud platforms
