Wind Site Supervisor - Dublin, TX (Dublin, TX, US)

About the Role

In this position, you will lead safety initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure financial performance at the Silver Star wind site in Dublin, TX. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled service, fault analysis, troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. The role involves working at heights and in confined spaces, with daily up-tower work exposed to weather conditions. Up to 25% travel per year may be required.

• Demonstrate safety leadership to ensure compliance and optimal safety results for the team.

• Engage in technical problem-solving and manage the site budget.
• Promote operational efficiency and manage customer accounts and service contracts.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to develop a culture of engagement and excellence.
• Associate degree or equivalent years of management/leadership experience in a service field industry. Alternatively, 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry or technology (e.g., hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance).
