Wilson, NC- Registered Behavior Technician- Day Time Hours (10:00 AM-3:00 PM)

We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers at Giving Growth Therapy, a values-driven team dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.

Requirements

• RBT certification (required).
• CPR certification (required).
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
