Registered Behavior Technician- Day Time Hours (930am-12:00 PM)

At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekday and weekend hours, as well as daytime and evening hours, are available depending on client need and preferences.
